The Brazil superstar was ruled out of the group stages of the World Cup after suffering an ankle injury in Brazil's first group stage game in Group G against Serbia.

After missing Brazil's final two group-stage matches, star striker Neymar is on the course of making a comeback for the knock-out stages of the ongoing FIFA World Cup.

Neymar has started his recovery training and Brazil would be hoping for his availability for the pre-quarterfinal game against South Korea on December 6.

The Brazilian superstar suffered an ankle injury in the group-stage game against Serbia. He was taken off the field and was seen with a swollen ankle later.
