‘Very inclusive, a natural leader’, David Miller hails Hardik Pandya’s leadership skills

Hardik Pandya’s colleague at Gujarat Titans, David Miller has heaped praise on the all-rounder’s capability as a leader. The 27-year-old who is being seen as Rohit Sharma’s ideal replacement for the captaincy job in the lead-up to the T20 World Cup 2024, will, Miller feels infuse fearlessness in the Men in Blue as a leader.

The South African cricketer while speaking to PTI said, ‘Just playing under him in the IPL, I feel he is a natural leader, People follow him. He allows you to play the way that you feel like you can. He is very inclusive as a leader, he wants everyone to be close to each other,’

Miller further said that Pandya who led Gujarat Titans to victory in IPL 2022, got better as the season progressed and went on to add that he has seen him doing the same with Team India as well.

Hardik Pandya recently led-Team India to a 1-0 series win in New Zealand.
