Thailand Police reveals reason behind Shane Warne's death

The autopsy report of the Australian legend Shane Warne who passed away suddenly at the age of 52 shows that he died due to natural causes, informed the Thailand police on Monday. A senior police official said that as per the medical opinion the cause of death is natural. He further said that the family has accepted the findings and Warne's body would now be transferred to the Australian consular office for return to the family. The bowling ace's friend Tom Hall who stayed at the same resort as Shane Warne confirmed that there was no unusual circumstance surrounding the former cricketer's death. Hall also said that he had earlier complained about shortness of breath and chest pain. After confirming with the family, the police also revealed that the retired spinning great was suffering from Asthma and some heart issues.

The Australian media confirmed that after his last rites, MCG will organize a memorial service at the stadium within 2 or 3 weeks. The Great Southern Stand of the Melbourne Cricket Ground where Warne took his 700th wicket in 2006 has also been renamed as SK Warne stand.
