PAK vs ENG: England make history, become the 1st team to complete a 3-0 Test whitewash in Pakistan

England created history by registering a dominating 3-0 whitewash against Pakistan as they beat the hosts by 8 wickets in the 3rd test in Karachi on Tuesday. With that the Three Lions became the first nation to complete a 3-0 whitewash in Pakistan.

30 minutes were all England needed on Day 4 of the third Test to score the remaining 55 runs to reach the target of 167 runs. Ben Duckett top-scored with an unbeaten 82 while Ben Stokes' 41 not out steered the Three Lions to victory.

Meanwhile, Pakistan created an unwanted record for themselves by becoming only the 2nd Asian side to have lost 4 or more consecutive test matches at home. Bangladesh were the other side to experience it on 6 different occasions, including 13 straight Test losses at home from 2001-2004 but it is the first time in history for Pakistan.

Earlier on Day 3, 18-year-old leg-spinner Rehan Ahmed became the youngest debutant to take a 5-wicket-haul in men's Test cricket on Day 3 and inspired England to victory.

Ahmed also became the youngest man ever to play a Test for England, grabbing a sensational 5-48 to bundle Pakistan out for 216, giving his team a target of 167 runs with more than 2 days left.

Newly appointed skipper Ben Stokes is certainly enjoying his cricket, with England having already won 9 out of the 11 Test matches under his captaincy.
