KL Rahul: Looking forward to Rahul-Dravid leadership, one will bring calm other big on team culture

India's T20 vice-captain KL Rahul has shown a lot of confidence in Team India, as the Men in Blue are ready to make a comeback under a brand new leadership in the New Zealand series after the World T20 debacle.

The Indian batter spoke about the new coach and the captain and how they look forward to changing the setup of the team. While the Karnataka-based cricketer feels that the head coach who will start his stint with Team India from the New Zealand T20 series is big on setting a culture in the Team and Rohit Sharma who has been leading his IPL team MI successfully for the past years is a tactical genius.

Rahul said, 'He is somebody who is big on setting a good team culture and creating an atmosphere where people are thriving and trying to get better as people and cricketers. He was always a team-man when he was playing and that is the kind of culture he wants to bring in here'

On being asked about the new skipper Rohit Sharma, Rahul feels that the opener will bring a lot of calm in the dressing room and that he has a great understanding of the game due to which he has achieved what he has.

'We have all seen him in the IPL and his stats are for everybody to see he has a great understanding of the game and tactically he is very good and that's why he has been able to achieve what he has as a leader.
