IPL 2026 auction wrap: Complete team squads and salary details

The IPL 2026 auction threw up several notable patterns, with uncapped Indian players emerging as some of the biggest beneficiaries.

While Australia all-rounder Cameron Green ended as the most expensive buy at ₹25.20 crore, it was Prashant Veer and Kartik Sharma who grabbed attention by becoming the joint costliest uncapped Indian players in IPL history, securing ₹14.20 crore each from Chennai Super Kings at the auction held in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.

Overall, the 10 franchises collectively spent ₹215.45 crore to pick 77 players, including 29 overseas cricketers, reflecting a strong mix of domestic investment and international recruitment.
