India vs England 2nd T20I: Will Virat Kohli find a place in India's line-up?

Indian cricket team will be hoping to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series when Rohit Sharma-led side faces England in the second T20I

Team India will be hoping to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series when Rohit Sharma-led side faces England in the second T20I at Edgbaston in Birmingham on Saturday.

However, the return of first-team players to the Indian squad from the second T20I will come as a major headache for the team management as they will now have to tinker with their winning combination.

With Deepak Hooda coming good at the number 3 spot, India could play Kohli in the Playing XI as an opener. The former Indian captain is familiar with the opening slot given he hit his last half-century in T20Is at the top of the order.

Besides Kohli, Rishabh Pant, Jasprit Bumrah, Ravindra Jadeja and Shreyas Iyer have also joined up with the T20 squad from the second game.

And the return of Jasprit Bumrah will certainly boost the bowling department, which put up a superb performance in the opening T20I.

Meanwhile, Jos Buttler's side will be looking to make a strong comeback in the second game after getting blown away by India's firepower at the Rose Bowl.

India vs England Playing XI prediction

India Playing XI (probable): Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Deepak Hooda, Rishabh Pant, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Harshal Patel, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Yuzvendra Chahal.

England Playing XI (probable): Jos Buttler, Jason Roy, Dawid Malan, Liam Livingstone, Moeen Ali, Harry Brook, Sam Curran, Chris Jordan, Reece Topley, Tymal Mills, Matthew Parkinson.
