'Hello friend...': Jasprit Bumrah gives fitness update ahead of WTC Final

India's pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah who has remained out of action for a considerable amount of time now might soon make a comeback, suggested his recent post on his Instagram page.

Bumrah took to the social media platform to share an image of his bowling shoes on Saturday night. He wrote a teasing caption along with it, that read, 'Hello friend, we meet again'

Bumrah missed Asia Cup, T20 World Cup, the Border Gavaskar Trophy and the entire IPL due to his lower back issues for which the Ahmedabad-born cricketer also underwent surgery in New Zealand in April.

While the ace pacer might not make a timely return for the WTC Final where India will play against Australia starting June 7th, he may get just fit in time for the ODI World Cup which is scheduled in October-November later this year.
