Ben Stokes & Harsha Bhogle engage in heated Twitter exchange over Deepti running out Charlie Dean

After Harsha Bhogle lashed out at English media for being biased against Deepti Sharma, England Test captain Ben Stokes retorted to the cricket commentator in a series of tweets.

While replying to the tweet, Stokes asked Bhogle if he finds it disturbing that Indian fans till date call Ben Stokes all sorts of things for the 2019 World Cup final.

Stokes backed the English cricket community, stating that 'people all over the world have made comments on the mankad dismissal,

He further stated it's not a culture thing in England.

Meanwhile, Bhogle too replied to Stokes, pointing out that he stands with Ben Stokes on the 2019 World Cup issue and that the English all-rounder wasn't at fault there. But Bhogle was also quick to remind Stokes that it's their upbringing in England that makes the entire saga over Charlie Dean being run out such an issue in the country.

Bhogle had earlier pointed out in a series of tweets on Friday that the world doesn't have to agree with the English population's take on the whole Mankading situation.

But Stokes still didn't agree with Bhogle, tweeting out that England isn't the only nation who have spoken about the incident.
