Study says Gen Z are not afraid of getting fired; for them career grind is dead

Gen Z are finding it hard to vibe on Rihanna's song 'Work' as they are more inclined toward's Adele's song 'Easy on me'. No, not us but a study is suggesting so. According to it, the career grind is dead for the younger generation.

Some US employees are gladly welcoming losing jobs, as per the data. 20% of Gen Z and 15% of millennials won't mind being fired. According to the study, zoomers and Gen Zs are open to being fired as that would give them more time to focus on their hobbies and look for better opportunities.

The survey was done on 3,000 workers by software firm Qualtrics which found that for Gen Z, career progression and promotion are not important because they do not want to grind. Instead, they prefer cleaning their house, sleeping well and exercising.

The study concluded that Gen Z are more socially conscious, and more committed towards diversity, equity and concerns of inclusion.
