Gurmeet Choudhary is a fitness enthusiast and never misses a gym session. The actor took to Instagram and shared a picture from the gym that will surely motivate you. Gurmeet also revealed in the caption that he has not had his favourite snack samosa in 14 years in order to maintain a healthy and fit body.

Gurmeet Choudhary's fitness secrets

Gurmeet Choudhary is dedicated to his work and his fitness routine. Despite regular shoots and late nights, he manages to hit the gym and never eats the wrong food. Taking to Instagram, Gurmeet shared, "It’s been 14 years since I last ate a samosa, even though I love them! That’s the kind of dedication it takes to maintain my physique. Filming almost every day, yet never forgetting my workouts and diet. Stay focused, stay committed! #Dedication #FitnessJourney #HealthyLifestyle #Motivation #SetLife #NoDaysOff."

Previously through an Instagram post, the actor revealed to his fans that he starts working out at 4 AM. He captioned his post, "There’s something magical about hitting the weights at 4 AM. It’s not just a workout, it’s a ritual. Setting the tone for the day, one rep at a time."

In another Instagram post, he mentioned, "Every day is an opportunity to push yourself further, whether it’s through intense sprints or kickboxing sessions. It’s about embracing the grind, the sweat, the struggle, knowing that each obstacle overcome brings you closer to your goals. And when you look in the mirror and see the results of your hard work – the definition in your muscles, the confidence in your stance – you’ll know that every sacrifice was worth it. So keep pushing, keep striving, and remember, the journey to a beautiful body is just as rewarding as the destination."

Like Gurmeet, make sure to not add junk to your diet. Instead have fresh juices, fruits and vegetables.
