      The season is changing and summer is fast approaching. As we shift to hotter days we need something cooling to start our day with. Ditch your morning cup of hot tea or coffee and instead replace it with a glass of coconut water. Here are some other drinks you should add to your breakfast routine for the best start to your day.

      3 drinks to add to your diet as summer approaches

      1. Coconut Water

      Coconut water is a natural and effective way to stay hydrated. It contains electrolytes such as potassium, sodium, and magnesium, which can help replenish lost fluids. It is also low in calorie and makes for a great start to your day.

      2. Amla Ginger drink

      Another drink you can replace your coffee with is fresh amla juice mixed with 1 tsp ginger. This drink helps boost immunity as the season changes. It is also an excellent addition for anyone trying to stabilise high blood sugar
