Recently, a food blogger posted a video showing the making of salted green matar on social media. The video went viral in no time and netizens are literally in shock.

In the video, a worker is seen adding colouring agent after cleaning the pulses. Yes, the snack is not naturally green but artificial colours are added to make it look vibrant. Later, the peas are deep fried and salt is added to them. Turns out the option is not healthy at all.
