Winter is the perfect season to indulge in nourishing soups filled with an array of vibrant vegetables. The cold weather encourages the consumption of hearty, nutrient-rich soups, providing warmth and promoting overall health.

This winter try this home cooked yummy Finger millet soup. Shared by digital creator Adhya, @auraartofhealthyliving on Instagram, this millet and veggies soup is a wholesome answer to better health and immunity.

Ingredients needed for finger millet soup

2 cups of veggies chopped
1 small onion
80g tofu / paneer
1 tsp ginger chopped
1 tsp garlic chopped
2 green chillies
2 tbsp ragi flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soya sauce
Salt as per taste

Recipe as shared by Adhya:

Heat oil in a pan and cook the veggies on high heat. Next add 2 cups of water and let it simmer for 5-6 mins. Later add paneer/tofu with salt and soya sauce. Once the broth is formed. Add the ragi water mix and cook until the soup thickens. Make sure there are no lumps in the ragi. And enjoy!
