Study suggests this fruit may help you burn body fat; find out

According to a study published in the journal Nutrients, consuming 25 grams of freeze-dried blueberries every day may help burn body fat while exercising.

Blueberries contain high levels of antioxidants which, as per research, may increase fat oxidation. The superfruit also helps the body to exercise for longer and perform better.

The findings also suggested that the athletes burned more fat after consuming blueberries.
