Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu is very particular about her fitness and follows a strict workout and diet routine. She's a fitness enthusiast who incorporates cardio exercise and strength training to keep her body toned.

For breakfast, Samantha mainly follows a vegan diet, which includes fruits, nuts and lots of vegetables without dairy products.

At lunchtime, she chooses to have brown rice with vegetable curry, rasam, sambar idli and other dishes, ensuring proper portion control. And, for dinner, she consumes steamed veggies with hot vegetable soup before 8 pm.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is suffering from Myositis; a rare condition that can cause muscles to become weak, tired and painful. She also took a break from acting after being diagnosed with the autoimmune condition myosotis, is expected to resume work in 2024.

According to a source cited by Hindustan Times, the actor is feeling revitalized and intends to invest her newfound energy into her professional endeavours.

The source revealed, "She is gearing up to resume acting and return to the sets by early next year. She eagerly anticipates this return and is expected to be actively involved during the promotions of Citadel. Additionally, there are talks of her initiating a new project which she will be supporting."
