Ingredients for making mango raita

  • Yoghurt
  • Mango
  • Chili powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Black salt
  • Salt
  • Panch phoron spice mix
  • Oil

Recipe to make mango raita

Take yoghurt in a bowl. Add a little water, chilli powder, cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt. Mix everything well. Add chopped mangoes to the mixture.
In another pan, heat some oil and prepare a tempering with panch phoron spice mix. Pour this over the raita. Garnish the raita with coriander. There you have it, mango raita.
