The Bigg Boss 17 finale is drawing near and we bet you are excited to know who will take home the award this season. Amongst the finalists, is TV's favourite bahu, Ankita Lokhande. The actress entered the Bigg Boss house with her husband Vicky Jain. While the duo fight for the top spot in the BB house, let's look at what Ankita eats in a day to remain fit and strong.

How Ankita starts her day

In an interview with ETimes, Ankita revealed that she wakes up at 3:30 am and consumes a glass of warm water. She then meditates for an hour. The Pavitra Rishta star then proceeds to workout from 5.30 am and returns home by 7.30 am. She then completes her breakfast which is accompanied by green juice. She then proceeds to nap for a few hours before starting her day at 11 am.

The actor also mentioned that she fasts for 16 hours and her clock is from 11-7. She tries eating every two hours and has four major meals throughout the day. She also ensures that she has dry fruits, fruits, to maintain a proper intake of protein.

While Ankita eats everything healthy and has not excluded anything major from her diet, the diva has given up sugar.

How Ankita ends her day

Ankita Lokhande's last meal is at around 7 pm and she usually eats quinoa as it is easy to digest. She goes to sleep by 9.30 pm. For her night skincare routine, she washes her face, and applies face wash, and night cream.
