Spanish fashion giant Zara took down an advertisement allegedly linked to the Israel-Hamas war after the strong social media backlash

After listening to comments, Zara released a statement “regarding the campaign "The Jacket".

They said the ad, which presented a series of images of unfinished sculptures in a sculptor’s studio, was created with the sole purpose of showcasing craftmade garments in an artistic context. It was conceived in July and photographed in September.

“Unfortunately, some customers felt offended by these images, which have now been removed, and saw in them something far from what was intended when they were created", the brand mentioned in its statement.
