Have you heard of anti-ageing massage? Well, this technique has taken the beauty industry by storm, inspiring everyone to practice face massage as part of their skincare regime.

Recently, makeup and beauty influencer Disha Batra shared a video on Instagram where she's seen massaging her face. Point massage works wonders for skin tightening, skin sculpting, fine lines, dark circles and wrinkles. Point massage also increases collagen and elastin, which are known to have an anti-aging effect on the skin.

As per Disha, the massage not only releases stress but also improves the skin. The beauty influencer also suggested using a thick moisturiser to ensure the massage goes smooth and there’s no friction. People often use gua sha and jade roller for face massaging.

Pro tip- As per experts, face massage should be done upwards like you are giving the skin a lift and one should not put too much pressure on the skin.
