What are the benefits of Gua Sha face tool?

It is known that Gua Sha face tool has several benefits. It helps produce collagen, decreases puffy skin, tightens the face, and also brings radiance as it helps to release tension and shape the facial muscles.

How to use Gua Sha?

Step 1: Clean

In the first step, you need to clean your face and also clean your Gua Sha tool as well.

Step 2: Face oil or moisturiser

In this step, use whatever suits best for your skin. The purpose is to provide lubrication to your face so that the Gua Sha can swipe and glide on your face through and through.

Step 3: Glide your Gua Sha

Now, you need to use a little pressure on your face while using the Gua Sha to relieve stress and circulate blood flow on your face.

Step 4: Being gentle is the key

You need to apply gentle pressure on your skin because if too much pressure is used then you will be left with bruises.
