This day encourages individuals and communities to take action towards conserving nature and promoting eco-friendly habits. Together, we can make a significant impact in preserving our planet for future generations.

This year, the theme of World Environment Day is - Land restoration, desertification and drought resilience.

Tips to save the environment

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Minimize waste by reducing consumption, reusing items, and recycling materials whenever possible.

Conserve Water: Fix leaks, use water-saving fixtures, and practice mindful water usage to reduce water wastage.

Plant Trees: Increase green cover by planting trees and supporting reforestation efforts.
