Singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh emphasized the importance of "spending 10 minutes with yourself each morning " at his recent Dil-Luminati Tour—India performance in Delhi. Speaking in Punjabi, the Crew actor encouraged everyone to take a few minutes to talk to themselves and set intentions for what they want to achieve.

The singer mentioned that whatever you wish for will come true he continued that instead of reaching for your phone in the morning, spend 10 minutes connecting with yourself. Whether it’s meditation, yoga, or anything else you prefer, just dedicate a few minutes to yourself each day. This is something he had personally experienced.

Spending just 10 minutes with yourself each morning can have powerful benefits for your mental and emotional well-being. This short period of self-reflection brings clarity and calm, helping to clear the mind and reduce stress before the day begins.
