CM Yogi Adityanath inaugurates CM YUVA Conclave & Expo 2025, beneficiaries share stories of empowerment

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the CM YUVA Conclave and Expo 2025 at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow on Wednesday.

The event, focused on promoting self-reliance among youth, is part of the broader CM YUVA Yojana initiative which, according to an official statement, seeks to "turn the aspirations of the youth into reality."

During the conclave, five young beneficiaries narrated how the scheme has transformed their lives—not just financially but also by nurturing entrepreneurship and independence. They highlighted that the initiative was not limited to announcements but was firmly rooted in on-ground execution, enabling real impact across Uttar Pradesh. Each speaker expressed sincere appreciation to CM Yogi Adityanath for converting their dreams into accomplishments.

One such story was that of Prabhnoor Kaur from Kanpur, a professional baker trained in Bengaluru. Lacking the resources to start her business, she discovered the CM YUVA Yojana through the District Industries Office. She applied and received a loan of ₹4.25 lakh, which helped her open a luxury bakery studio that now provides employment to others. She stated, "The scheme has given youth a platform to realize their dreams."

Vijay Pandey, a traditional wooden toy maker, had the skills but lacked capital to grow. After learning about the scheme on social media, he reached out to the District Industries Center and secured funding within 15–20 days. Today, he supplies toys to 16 districts and employs over 15 people. He remarked, "The Chief Minister didn't just announce the scheme, he ensured it reached people like us with full commitment."

Lucknow-based biotechnologist Tuba Siddiqui entered the eco-friendly cleaning products space with the help of the scheme. Initially hesitant to take a loan, she was impressed by the program’s transparency and simplicity. The loan was sanctioned in just 15 days, enabling her to grow her business, which now provides employment to over 10 individuals and supplies to major cities like Delhi and Mumbai. She said, "Today, I proudly stand as a woman entrepreneur who has carved her path."

Shashank Chaurasia, a pharmacist from Lucknow, left his job in Bengaluru to follow his passion for photography. With assistance from the CM YUVA Yojana, he launched a wedding and commercial photography studio, which now has an annual turnover of ₹4–5 lakh and generates employment for other local youth.

Amardeep Singh, a physiotherapist from Sitapur, was facing financial constraints and family responsibilities when a friend told him about the scheme. He availed funding to set up a recovery center, which has made him self-reliant and provided jobs to 4–5 others.

The conclave underscored how the CM YUVA Yojana is driving change at the grassroots level, transforming ambition into enterprise for countless young citizens across the state.
