G20 Summit kicks off in Delhi, here's what's on agenda on Day 1

Two key sessions on climate are scheduled on the first day of the G20 summit in the national capital. Over 30 heads of state and 14 heads of international organisations are participating.

G20 Summit kicks off in Delhi, here's what's on agenda on Day 1

As the grand G20 summit kicks off in New Delhi today, here's a look at what all is scheduled on Day 1 of the mega diplomatic event.

The Summit would commence with the arrival of the world leaders at the venue, Bharat Mandapam from 9.30 am onwards.

At around 10.30 the first session of the G20 Summit, focussing on accelerating climate action: 'One Earth' will take place.

Another session of 'One Family' would be conducted at 3.00 p.m. as a part of the Summit.

At around 7:00 pm in the evening hours, the dinner hosted by the President of India, Droupadi Murmu will take place.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also hold a series of bilateral talks on the sidelines of the summit.
