‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 14’: Asim Riaz evicted after heated exchange with Rohit Shetty; here’s what happened

The second episode of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ Season 14 was packed with drama! Asim Riaz, a model and contestant, was dismissed after a heated clash with host Rohit Shetty and fellow contestants. Asim had called everyone ‘losers,’ which angered Rohit. Rohit’s stern warning, was followed by Asim’s dramatic exit.

Here’s what Asim said

During a task, Asim, Aashish Mehrotra, and Niyati Fatnan were required to collect flags from a seesaw, with only the top two finishing safely avoiding elimination. Aashish and Niyati completed the task, but Asim did not.

The other contestants urged him to take responsibility for his failure. In response, Asim claimed the challenge was impossible and told the Khatron Ke Khiladi team to ‘do it in front of him.’ He also declared that he ‘won’t take a rupee’ from the show.

Asim was seen arguing with some members of the show's team while Rohit Shetty stood nearby, and the other contestants observed from a distance. According to a News18 report, Asim said, ‘I have so much money you can't even imagine. I change cars every six months. Do you think I need money? I was here for the fans, not for these losers’ (pointing at the other contestants).

At this point, actor Abhishek Kumar objected to Asim's remark, leading to a confrontation between them, with Asim nearly charging at Abhishek while holding a shoe.

Rohit then showed a rehearsal video in which the team successfully completed the Khatron Ke Khiladi task, explaining that everything is tested before the contestants attempt it. After viewing the video, Asim acknowledged there was no issue.

Rohit then remarked, ‘Kal bhi tune bahot bakwaas ki’ (Yesterday you also said a lot of nonsense). He added, ‘Sun meri baat sunle warna mei utha ke yahi patak dunga. Aise mere se badtameezi nahi karna’ (Listen to me, or I’ll throw you out. Don’t behave badly here).

Asim approached Rohit, but was stopped by the Khatron Ke Khiladi team. In another incident, as Asim stormed away from the shoot in anger, Rohit asked him, ‘What are you doing?’

After Asim was asked to leave, Rohit said, ‘I wish him all the luck, but now he can’t continue in this show. He has his point of view, and I respect that. I wish him all the best. He is a young kid, and may God bless him with success.’

‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ Season 14 began streaming on JioCinema and airing on ColorsTV from July 27, with new episodes released every Saturday and Sunday
