‘Tiku Weds Sheru’: Kangana Ranaut shares when and where Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer will stream

‘Tiku Weds Sheru’, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur, is all set to stream on OTT platform Prime Video on June 23. Producer Kangana Ranaut took to social media on June 12 to share the details along with a poster of the forthcoming film.

‘Here’s my first production under my own banner… Hold tight for a hilarious joyride filled with love, dreams, and non-stop laughter as Tiku & Sheru chase their ultimate Bollywood dream! ,’ the actor-turned-producer tweeted.

The comedy-drama has been directed by Sai Kabir Srivastva and bankrolled by Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika Films. According to the makers, ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’ presents a quirky story of love and passion fueled by the eccentricity of the couple with contrasting personalities.

Sharing the release date of the film, Prime Video tweeted: ‘save the date for the wildest wedding of the year as Tiku & Sheru take you on their roller-coaster journey filled with mischiefs, and laughter! #TikuWedsSheruOnPrime, June 23.’

In a statement, Kangana said, ‘Tiku Weds Sheru is a very special film for me, as it’s the first title under Manikarnika Films. This is the first time I took charge as a producer and I absolutely enjoyed the process. It was a challenging-yet-enriching experience for me.’

‘Tiku Weds Sheru’ was announced in 2021, along with the launch of Manikarnika Films. The shooting for the movie was wrapped up last year. However, the release date got postponed.
