Pakistani actor Mahira Khan made headlines as Bollywood singer Arijit Singh apologized for not recognizing her at his Dubai concert. After attending the show, Mahira shared a video on social media, sending a sweet message to Arijit Singh.

Mahira Khan posted a video showing Arijit Singh introducing her to the audience and apologizing. At the concert, Arijit Singh also sang the song 'Zaalima' from the movie 'Raees,' in which Khan starred alongside Shah Rukh Khan.

A video went viral on Sunday showing Arijit Singh initially not recognizing Mahira Khan. He expressed surprise, saying, ‘You guys must be surprised, should I reveal... I have been trying to recognize this person, then remembered I have sung for her.’ He then spotted Mahira and apologized, saying, ‘Think about it, I was singing her song 'Zaalima' and she was singing and standing, and I couldn't recognize her. I am so sorry. Ma'am, gratitude and thank you so much.’

The actor, who married Pakistani businessman Salim Karim in October 2023, sparked pregnancy rumours recently. A post on Reddit claimed she might be expecting her second child, leading her to step back from projects like Netflix's ‘Jo Bachey Sang Samait Lo’ and an untitled film. The post suggested an announcement might be imminent.
