BTS fans assemble! Jungkook breaks records, secures fifth Top 40 Billboard spot as a solo artist

BTS member Jungkook is breaking records again. Even while fulfilling military duties, BTS's Jungkook has managed to dominate the charts with his GOLDEN songs securing top positions on Billboard. He now stands as the first Korean soloist to achieve a milestone on the Billboard Top 200 list.

Ever since its debut, Jungkook's first solo album has consistently dominated the top positions of the Billboard charts. The album even surpassed the weekly sales of pop queen Taylor Swift.

As of December 16, Jungkook's GOLDEN maintained its position at No. 33 on the Billboard 200. It initially debuted at No 2 in November.

Jungkook has made history by becoming the first Korean solo artist to spend five consecutive weeks in the Top 40 of the Billboard 200, proving his solo power on the global stage. He also became the first K-pop soloist to hold the No. 16 spot on the Billboard Artist 100 for 17 weeks.

His song Standing Next To You recently resurfaced on Billboard Hot 100. looks like the album is selling well even a month after its release. For the uninitiated, this list evaluates both physical and digital album sales to determine the best-selling albums of the current week.
