Imagine Dragons and Jackson Wang coming to India: Complete list of acts at Lollapalooza India

Lollapalooza will make its much-anticipated debut in India in January 2023 and the final line-up for the music festival has been announced. American bands Imagine Dragons, The Strokes and Hong Kong rapper Jackson Wang of K-pop group GOT 7 will be among others who will headlining the event.

The Lollapalooza music festival is scheduled to be held at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Racecourse on January 28-29.

Jackson took to social media to share his excitement and mentioned how he is finally coming to India as promised.

‘Finally. Im going to India. I promised. Been ages i wanted to go.#MAGICMAN Lollapalooza India 2023 #MAGICMAN is coming .January, 2023. Mahalaxmi Race Course, Mumbai, India. See you all there,’ he tweeted.

Other international artists - rock bands Greta Van Fleet and The Wombats; pop artists Alec Benjamin, Chelsea Cutler, Japanese Breakfast and Raveena; dream-pop group Cigarettes After Sex; and electronic music producers Apashe, Diplo, Imanbek, Kasablanca, Madeon and Zhu, will also mark their debut performance in India.

AP Dhillon, Prateek Kuhad, Divine, The Yellow Diary, Bloodywood are also part of the lineup.

This is first time Lollapalooza will be held in Asia. Over the past decade, it is a popular event in Santiago, São Paulo and Buenos Aires in South America, and Berlin, Paris and Stockholm in Europe.
