Did Ram Charan's wife Upasana gift Tamannaah Bhatia 5th largest diamond? Actor reveals the truth

Actor Tamannaah Bhatia recently made headlines after an old image of her posing with a huge diamond ring surfaced online. Several reports claimed that the world’s fifth largest diamond worth Rs 2 crore was gifted to her by megastar Ram Charan's wife Upasana Konidela.

Now, Tamannaah has dismissed the rumours in a humorous way.
Sharing the photo, the 'Lust Stories 2' actor shared that what people assumed to be a diamond ring is in fact a bottle opener.

Sharing the image to her Instagram story, Tamannaah said: 'Hate to break it to you but we were doing a photoshoot with a bottle opener and not an actual diamond. #GirlsLikeToClickPics.'

The picture that Upasana shared on October 3, 2019, shows Tamannaah posing with a large ‘diamond’ ring adorning her fingers. 'A gift for the super @tamannaahspeaks from Mrs Producer. Missing u already. Catch up soon. #SyeraaNarashimaReddy,' Upasana tweeted.

Even in 2019, Tamannaah reportedly clarified that it was simply a bottle opener.

According to IB Times, Tamannaah responded to the tweet, saying: 'This bottle opener shall have many memories attached to it. Felt awesome to catch up after so long, waiting to see you soon, miss u more.'

The specific comment is no longer visible on Twitter.

Tamannaah Bhatia was last seen in 'Lust Stories 2' alongside boyfriend-actor Vijay Varma. She is now preparing for the much-awaited release of the Rajinikanth starrer 'Jailer', after which she would be seen in the Chiranjeevi-led 'Bhola Shankar'.
