Cannes 2023: BLACKPINK's Jennie makes red-carpet debut; hugs Lily-Rose Depp; watch

BLACKPINK member Jennie made her debut on the red carpet of the 76th edition of the Cannes Film Festival on Monday. Several videos and pictures of the singer from the event have appeared online. The new series ‘The Idol’ premiered at the festival which will mark Jennie’s acting debut.

At the event, Jennie was also joined by Lily-Rose Depp and The Weeknd. A video of Jennie hugging Lily-Rose is being widely shared online. The Weeknd also greeted the BLACKPINK member with a hug.

Jennie attended the Cannes Film Festival in a white off-shoulder dress. She waved at her fans, blew kisses, and did a little dance on the red carpet.

Jennie's ‘The Idol’, which also stars Dan Levy and Hank Azaria, will air on June 4.

Jennie is rumoured to be dating BTS’ V, who on Sunday confirmed that he will debut at the ongoing film festival. V will attend the gala as French luxury brand Celine's global ambassador.

A few days back, Jennie was reportedly seen with BTS member V in Paris.
