‘Friday Night Plan’ trailer: Babil Khan and Juhi Chawla is about self-discovery and brotherhood | Watch

The trailer of the Netflix film ‘Friday Night Plan’, starring Babil Khan, has been released.

The coming-of-age drama follows two brothers, played by Babil and Amrith Jayan, who get invited to an after-school party. They get into a series of misadventures and, despite their differences, learn to come through for each other.

‘Friday Night Plan’ will mark Babil’s second on-screen project after last year’s acclaimed film ‘Qala’.

The film also features Juhi Chawla in a special appearance.

Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Kassim Jagmagia. and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment, ‘Friday Night Plan’ is directed by Vatsal Neelakantan, who has also co-written it with Sapan Verma.

In an earlier statement, Babil stated how having a younger brother in real life made ‘Friday Night Plan’ an extremely ‘relatable’ film for him.

‘It’s a heartwarming journey that brings back fond memories of our own misadventures. This is my first outing with Excel Entertainment and also marks my second collaboration with Netflix after Qala, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of this project,’ the actor said.

‘Friday Night Plan’ also stars Medha Rana, Aadhya Anand, and Ninad Kamath. The movie will release on September 1.
