‘Animal’ Twitter review: Ranbir Kapoor's 'blockbuster' stuns fans; Rashmika Mandanna shines

‘Animal’, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, is now in cinemas and early reviews of the film are pouring in on X, formerly known as Twitter. Many have declared the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial a ‘mega blockbuster movie'.

‘Just finished this masterpiece. The first 25 mins and Ranbir's mesmerizing performance literally gave me chills, this one’s gonna be a big one. Ranbir Kapoor the actor that you are, just incredible,’ wrote a person in their Animal review on X.

Another said, ‘Let it be carved in blood 'Ranbir Kapoor is the BEST Actor in the country. Animal -- the most TERRIFIC, OUTSTANDING, MIND-BLOWING AND INSANELY INTENSE FILM OF 2023.’

A third user tweeted, ‘#AnimalReview the movie is a masterpiece. #RanbirKapoor𓃵 's acting is phenomenal. #BobbyDeol and #AnilKapoor 's screen presentation is superb. This movie #AnimalTheFilm is a must watch and greatest of 2023.’

A few users are disappointed with the action thriller.

A user tweeted, ‘Animal first half is excellent. Second half is disappointing.’

Another wrote, ‘Animal is a strictly Average film with only Ranbir Kapoor & Anil Kapoors best acting and fellowship. Leaving that nothing excites. Action seems loud and heavy, Connectivity is one of the issue of this film. Film length is another major issue it can be easily cut down to 2 and half hours. Overall average and it could be better.’

'Animal' delves into organized crime's domain, portraying loyalty, betrayal, and power tussles. Arjun, a rising underworld figure, aims to cement his influence. Yet, Bobby Deol's formidable rival challenges his ascent, guarding his turf at any cost. Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna also play pivotal roles.
