Alia Bhatt receives the prestigious 'TIME 100 Impact Award 2022', shares pictures on Instagram

This year has been great fort actor Alia Bhatt. She has been enjoying the back-to-back success of her films 'Gangubai Kathiawadi', 'RRR', 'Darlings' and 'Brahmastra'. Now, Alia is one of the receipents of the TIME 100 Impact Award 2022 and is being celebrated for her impactful performances in films.

The actor attended the Time100 Impact Awards in Singapore on Sunday and looked absoultely gorgeous in a stunning bronze gold cape gown. She shared a series of pictures on Instagram, and wrote 'thank you @time #time100impactawards.'

In the pictures, Alia is all smiles as she holds the award and cradles her baby bump.

A video of Alia's acceptance speech has surfaced online in which she is heard saying that she's immensely proud to be a part of the event as a representative of her country. She concluded her sppech by stating that the award has genuinely made an impact on her and her little one who has relentlessly kicked her through the speech.

Alia's performace in Sanjay Leela Bhansli's 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' received a positive response worldwide and she has also been mentioned in The Guardian’s list of greatest movie performances of all time.

Alia Bhatt will soon be making her Hollywood debut with 'Heart of Stone' alongside Gal Gadot. She will also star in Karan Johar’s 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' along with Ranveer Singh.
