Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi, who is on a mission to woo women voters ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Elections, on Wednesday launched her party's women specific manifesto.

Priyanka Gandhi, who is leading Congress' UP campaign, had already promised 40% tickets to women.

"Congress gave the first woman PM to the country. Congress' Sucheta Kripalani was the first woman CM. Our country had the first woman PM when other countries had very low women representation at that level," Priyanka Gandhi said at the event.
