Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri slams Congress' 295 seats claim calling it 'Mungerilal ke haseen sapne'.

"What is the opposition talking about? We are talking about wealth distribution, they are talking about khata khat, fata fat. They will distribute your earnings among people," he said.

"They did a press conference today claiming to win a huge number of seats which shows their delusional politics. I heard they were talking about 295 seats. People asked me to comment on it. Why do you want me to dignify this?" he asked.

Puri also slammed Rahul Gandhi saying that the claim would not have any impact on him as he would leave for a foreign tour after the poll result. He said it's Mallikarjun Kharge who will have to bear the consequences.

"Rahul Gandhi will go to Thailand or Spain after the poll result, and the whole accountability of this claim will land up on Kahrgeji, as there is family control in Congress," said Puri.
