Raymond Boss Gautam Singhania Slams Lamborghini After Revuelto Breakdown

Textile tycoon Gautam Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director of Raymond, recently called out the Italian car giant Lamborghini on social media with some serious disappointment.

But what sparked his frustration? And why did he feel the need to publicly criticize Lamborghini India's head and the Asia head?

Let’s rewind a bit. Earlier this month, Singhania took a test drive of Lamborghini's latest supercar, the Revuelto.

The brand-new Revuelto experienced a complete electrical failure—yes, you heard that right—and left him stranded in the middle of Mumbai’s trans-harbour link! How would you feel if a luxury car you trusted suddenly failed you?

And here’s the kicker—according to Singhania, Lamborghini’s team did not help.

Social media users had mixed reactions. Some backed Singhania, saying they’ve faced similar issues with big brands, while others pointed out an interesting irony: now even high-profile business owners are experiencing the frustration that ordinary customers feel when complaints are ignored.

So what’s next? Will Lamborghini respond, or will this story fuel a larger conversation about how brands treat their customers? Stay tuned!.
