It is a big billion dollar boys club and RIL chief Mukesh Ambani is now part of the clique! Gaining nearly $24 billion to this wealth kitty in this year alone Ambani is now worth over $100,000,000,000.

The $100 billion club has only 11 exclusive members ranging from tech giants Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos to legendary investor Warren Buffet. In fact, there are only two non-US billionaires in the list Mukesh Ambani (11) and France's richest person Bernard Arnault, Chairman of LVMH, the world's largest maker of luxury goods.

Ranked at number 11 on the overall Bloomberg Billionaire Index Mukesh Ambani is just one rank and $3 billion behind the 'Oracle of Omaha' Buffet.

The meteoric rise in Ambani's wealth is not something the Reliance Chairman is enjoying alone. With the stock gaining over 45% this year (which is his largest asset), shareholders on Dalal Street have seen portfolio returns swell as the scrip trades near record highs.
