A woodpecker collected over 300 kg of acorns and hid them inside a wall.

The viral pictures from a house in California show heaps of acorns being recovered from the wall of a house.

The oak nuts were found after a family noticed the damage in the wall of their house and called an agent from pest treatment services.

The images of acorns weighing about 317 kg have been shared by the pest control agent that provided services to the house.

The post mentions that the bird was no less than a hoarder for collecting heaps of acorns and that no less than 8 garbage bags were needed to stash them.
