Ukraine War: US commander says Russia will exhaust ammo, manpower in 10 days

A former US Army commander has said that Russians are about 10 days away from reaching the “culminating point” in Ukraine.

Once they reach there, the Lieutenant General Ben Hodges said, the Russian troops will be "forced to stop their assault on Ukraine due to a lack of resources".

The commander has estimated that the Russian Army will run out of ammunition and manpower in 10 days.

A Ukrainian presidential adviser has also said that Russia's military offensive in Ukraine is likely to be over by early May when "Moscow runs out of resources to attack its neighbour".

Multiple cities in Ukraine have been reduced to rubble with many Ukrainians fleeing the country as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine entered the 20th day.

A US State Department official has claimed that Russia has fired over 900 missiles against Ukraine during the invasion.

Russia unleashed a barrage of airstrikes on Monday on cities across Ukraine as the warring sides traded blame for a deadly attack in a pro-Moscow separatist region which left 20 people dead.
