Ukraine top spy's 3 big 'revelations': Putin has cancer; Russia rebellion; when war will end

As the Ukraine-Russia war stretches on, a top Ukrainian spy has made a big claim. Amid speculation about Russian President Vladimir Putin's health, Ukraine's Major General Kyrylo Budanov has claimed that Putin is suffering from various diseases, including cancer.

Budanov is the chief of Ukraine's military intelligence. He told Sky News, "We can confirm that (President Vladimir) Putin is in very bad psychological and physical condition. He is very sick. He has various illnesses at the same time, one of which is cancer."

The claim regarding Putin's health comes amid various similar reports, ranging from scheduled surgery, to videos purportedly showing Parkinson's symptoms.

The other big statement Budanov made is that Putin is staring at a coup which "cannot be stopped". He said, "The turning point (of the war) will be in the second part of August. Most of the active combat actions will have finished by the end of this year. This will lead to a change of leadership of the Russian Federation. This process has already been launched, and they are moving that way. Yes, they are moving in this way and it is impossible to stop it."

Budanov also denigrated the Russian army as a force of untrained "horde of people with weapons". He said, "We have been saying for a long time that the Russian army, which Russia is trying to promote in various training videos, does not exist. It is a horde of people with weapons. That's all they've got."
