Spooky 'Angelina Jolie' reveals her face on Iran TV. Here's what she said

An Iranian woman who had shot to fame for posting her 'spooky' photos resembling American actor Angelina Jolie has revealed her real face.

The Independent reported that Sahar Tabar unveiled her face on Iran TV after being released from jail.

Soon after posting her photos, the 21-year-old was charged with blasphemy and corruption in 2019. Iran authorities had sentenced her to 10 years in jail.

The young lady was reportedly released this month after 14 months of imprisonment amid protests over hijab law.

During her appearance on Iran TV, Tabar admitted to have undergone various cosmetic procedures like nose job and lip fillers but said that her 'zombie photos' were edited.

"What you saw on social media was computer effects I used to create the image," she reportedly told local media.

Tabar also conceded that she always wanted to be famous, and make-up and photo-editing helped her increase her social media popularity.
