London, Jul 16 (AP) A volcanic eruption in southwestern Iceland has once again led to the evacuation of tourists from the renowned Blue Lagoon geothermal spa, as reported by the national broadcaster RUV.

The eruption commenced around 4 a.m. following an intense seismic swarm on the Reykjanes Peninsula, located southwest of Iceland's capital, Reykjavik, according to Iceland's Met Office.
