The study was published in Nature Communications. The team examined 92,000 people from a UK biomedical database who were provided with accelerometers which measured how and when they worked out for seven days.&nbsp;
After several years, researchers found out that among 3,000 participants who had died; 1,000 had suffered from heart diseases and 1,800 from cancer. Later, it was concluded that people who workout in the mid-afternoon had a lower risk of premature death as compared to those who workout in the morning and evening, and the results remained the same for those who frequently changed their workout timings.

Vishal was reportedly taken to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead.
&nbsp;As per a data by National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), one-fifth of all deaths in India are due to heart attacks, cardiac arrests, and strokes, including in the younger age group.
The percentage of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SDA) has gone up in recent years with deaths more prevalent among the younger age group. Earlier, SDAs were more common in people over 70 years of age, NDTV reported.

A study done in the US, over 350,000 adults for the past decade in average, found that people who workout just twice a week or only during the weekends, commonly called 'weekend warriors' lower the risk of premature death.&nbsp;
According to the study, out of almost 22,000 deaths, there were 8 percent fewer weekend warriors and 15 percent fewer active individuals.&nbsp;
The report which was published in 'JAMA Internal Medicine' found that both the groups had cause-specific mortality, when performing the same amount of physical activity.&nbsp;
The findings also suggest that moderate amount of physical activities whether spread over a week or the weekends don't really have specific difference in health benefits.&nbsp;
So, don't worry if you struggle to take out time for a workout everyday. It's all good in the hood till the time you are actively moving.&nbsp;
