The incident happened at a restaurant named Aquila Delhi, where according to the woman Anita Choudhary, she was barred from entering&nbsp;because she was wearing a saree. Her comment to India Today comes amid a controversy over Twitter suspended the Congress leader's account following complaint by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights that he had violated the law by revealing the identity of a rape victim.&nbsp;
The child rights body has now sought action against Rahul&nbsp;Gandhi's Instagram&nbsp;account as well.&nbsp;In a letter to Facebook, the Commission said it has come across a video posted on the Instagram profile of Rahul Gandhi wherein the identity of the victim minor girl's family has been disclosed.
