Paris ranked 18th as international city destination in the weekend of 19-21 July and moved to the 6th spot during the weekend of 26-28 July as the top international cities that young singles in India passported to. &nbsp;
The top 3 origin countries of those using the Tinder Passport Mode feature in July to change their location to France are the USA, Brazil and Turkey.&nbsp; The top sports selected as interests in Tinder users&rsquo; bios right now are football, basketball and swimming.&nbsp;

Back until September 2018, before Section 377 was decriminalised, it was difficult to imagine attending a festival for and by the LGBTIQA+ community. Six years later, we have a two-day extravaganza filled with great music, good food and some mind-blowing performances, thanks to the LGBTIQA+ community in Delhi.
This pride month, Delhi came out in big numbers to support and celebrate the LGBTIQA+ community. The Tinder Queer Made Weekend in Delhi is a two-day festival that started back in 2022. From Queer-made businesses to singer-actor Sushant Divgikar giving a thrilling performance, day one of the event was a mega-success.
We at Editorji spoke to some members of the LGBTQIA+ community who attended the event. Delhi spoke their heart out, from talking about what pride means to them to revealing how the LGBTIQA+ community needs more representation.

A British man turned to therapy for Tinder addiction, confesses that validation from others kept him going

Dating apps are the new normal as they have become a great medium to connect with strangers. However, a British man had to seek therapy for his Tinder addiction. The man confessed that he swiped on 500 profiles on Tinder per day.&nbsp;
The 27-year-old man, Ed Turner, said, he was obsessively using the dating app for the rush he would feel when members of the other sex liked his profile. Ed said he had no intention of actually meeting any of the women or finding a girlfriend.&nbsp;
Ed Turner told iNews, "If a person didn&rsquo;t respond to me or didn&rsquo;t message me in the first place it would crush me. I would get highs when I was getting a lot of matches with people that I found attractive but it would always be followed by a crash because it&rsquo;s not sustainable."
He candidly mentioned that validation from others was the only thing that kept him going. Turner also said that the dating apps affected his entire mood and personality.&nbsp;
Turner also ended up in a relationship with a woman he met offline but he still couldn't quit thinking about the dating apps. However, as the relationship ended, Ed turned to Tinder again.&nbsp;
When he went for therapy, he was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and depression.

Tinder&rsquo;s revenue grew 6 per centand its paying users jumped 7 per cent, aided by the return of a feature that lets users swipe right and left from their desktops

Even though people are thinking twice before spending money from video streaming to food and shopping as the cost of living rises, they are definately not compromising to find the right match!&nbsp;
According to reports, the number of users paying to use Tinder jumped 7%, and revenue grew by 6% in July-September.
Match Group, which also owns Hinge and OkCupid, said overall sales rose to $810m (&pound;704m) in the quarter but it warned the global economic slowdown was starting to take its toll.
Tinder, which offers a free version of its service, said it had been helped by the return of a feature that lets users swipe right and left from their desktops.
Last week, both Apple and Amazon warned that their sales are being hit as consumers cut back their spending.

In an interesting incident, the Englefield Green Cricket Club of Surrey, UK came up with a very unique way of recruiting cricketers. To woo the cricketers, the club made an account of a 36-year-old woman on the dating site Tinder. However, the bio and the profile image narrate the true story of the account.
