Surrounded by bodyguards, Chalamet snapped photos with his high-cheekboned, curly-haired doubles, some decked out as his iconic roles&mdash;Willy Wonka and Paul Atreides.
In a hilarious twist, some fans showered the look-alikes with starstruck excitement, convinced they&rsquo;d hit the jackpot and met the real Chalamet himself!
Promoted through flyers scattered across New York, the Timoth&eacute;e Chalamet look-alike contest was just one of several quirky events organized by YouTube personality Anthony Po. Word spread fast on social media, and soon thousands RSVP&rsquo;d, eager to snag the $50 prize for best doppelg&auml;nger.
Minutes after the contest kicked off, police arrived at Washington Square Park, ordering the crowd to disperse and slapping the organizers with a $500 fine for hosting an &ldquo;unpermitted costume contest.&rdquo; One contestant was even escorted out in handcuffs, though the police gave no immediate explanation.
&ldquo;It started as a silly joke, and now it&rsquo;s turned into chaos,&rdquo; said Paige Nguyen, a producer for Po.

Finally, the audience crowned a winner: Miles Mitchell, a Staten Island native and college senior, dressed in a purple Willy Wonka outfit. He tossed candy from a briefcase to cheering fans.
&ldquo;I&rsquo;m thrilled and a bit overwhelmed,&rdquo; Mitchell said. &ldquo;The competition was tough&mdash;there were so many solid Chalamets. It could&rsquo;ve gone to anyone!&rdquo;

He is then warned that he can't own a shop without selling chocolate and the problem is that he can't sell chocolate without owning a shop. As Willy remembers his mom's words, ‘Every good thing in the world started with a dream’, he gets the willpower to set up the world’s greatest chocolate shop ever.
Olivia Colman, Rowan Atkinson, and Sally Hawkins also appear in the trailer, but a funny introduction to Hugh Grant as Oompa Loompa is the highlight of the trailer.
‘Wonka’, directed by Paul King, will release on December 15.

Makers of the much-awaited sci-fi saga 'Dune' have released the official trailer.
Starring an ensemble cast of Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya,&nbsp;Oscar Isaac, Jason Momoa, and Rebecca Ferguson among others, 'Dune' is filmmaker Denis Villeneuve&rsquo;s take on Frank Herbert&rsquo;s 1965 novel.
The trailer captures a breath-taking desert landscape that make up the fictional world of Arrakis, a planet that is home to a coveted natural resource known as 'spice'. The three-minute and eight-seconds long the trailer features explosive battle scenes.
The protagonist Timoth&eacute;e&nbsp;sets out to wrest back control of Arrakis with the help of the woman by Zendaya&nbsp;who also plays his love-interest in the film.
'Dune' is currently slated to release December 18 in cinemas worldwide.
