Expressing his love for the Bollywood actor, Sukesh said that she has struck him like a thunder bolt. Praising Jacqueline&rsquo;s look in the song, Sukesh said, &ldquo;you look so pretty so pretty in that song I have my heartbeat raise to another level, every time I watch it.&rdquo;&nbsp;
He went on to urge everyone to love and support Jacqueline&rsquo;s song and make it the biggest hit of the year. He also offered special gifts to the fans if the song becomes a hit. Calling Jacqueline his heartbeat and strength, he wrote that he cannot wait to go back on his knees again. In the end, Sukesh wished &lsquo;Happy Holi&rsquo; to the actor and promised to make their life colour. &nbsp;

The letter, which was made public on Saturday, introduced the actress as his 'Botta Bomma' and thanked her for her unconditional love. At the conclusion of the letter, he also referred to her as his baby.&nbsp;
On the occasion of his birthday, Sukesh Chandrasekhar wrote a love letter to Jacqueline. He wrote, 'My baby Jacqueline, my Bomma, I missed you so much on the occasion of my birthday. I am missing your energy around me. I have no words to say but I know that your love for me will not end. I know what is in your beautiful heart. I don't need no proof, that's enough for me baby.'

A relief for actor Jacqueline Fernandez in the ₹200 crore fraud case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. The Patiala House Court in Delhi on Friday allowed Jacqueline to travel to Dubai from January 27 until January 30.&nbsp;
According to Times Now, the court gave her permission to catch the flight after taking note of her statement that it was a professional commitment.
Jacqueline Fernandez will be attending a conference by PepsiCo in Dubai. She is scheduled to perform at the event, and if she fails to show up, the organisers may take legal action against her, the Patiala House Court was told.
The plea was opposed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which said Jacqueline Fernandez had not put forth any contractual obligations on record. However, the court decided to let her travel to Dubai.
Last month, Fernandez withdrew her application seeking permission to travel to Bahrain to meet her parents after a Delhi court and the ED objected to the plea.

As per ETimes report, Sukesh said, 'Today Nora talks about me promising her a house, but she already has taken a large amount from me to purchase a house for her family in Casablanca, Morocco, all these new stories are crafted by her to escape law after ED statement 9 months ago given by her.'
'Nora claims that she did not want a car, or she did not take it for herself is a very big lie, as she was after my life that her car had to be changed, as the 'CLA' that she had looked very cheap, so then me and her selected car I gave her, and the chats and screenshots are very well with the ED, so there is no lie at all, in fact I wanted to give her Range rover, but as the car was not available in stock she wanted in urgent, I gave her the BMW S series, which she kept using for a long time, as she was a non- Indian, she asked me to register it on the name of her best friend&rsquo;s husband Bobby's name. Me and Nora never had a professional transaction, as she is claiming except for once that she attended an event hosted by my concern foundation, for which official payment was made to her agency,' he concluded.
Earlier, Nora, in a statement submitted to the court, mentioned that Sukesh had promised her 'a big house and a luxurious lifestyle' if she agreed to be his girlfriend. Nora said that the alleged conman &lsquo;sought undue favour from her&rsquo; via his close aide Pinky Irani.

Actor Nora Fatehi also recorded her statement in the court recently and said that she was invited to attend an event in Chennai hosted by Chandrashekhar&rsquo;s wife, actor Leena Maria. She was asked to be the chief guest at the event, judge a dance competition and hand out an envelope containing money to disabled children.
Following the event, Chandrashekhar spoke to her over the phone with an &lsquo;international accent&rsquo; and offered a car as a &lsquo;thank you token&rsquo;. She refused as they had already gifted boxes consisting of an iPhone and Gucci bag.
Nora claimed the accused persons kept pestering her with the car, but she instead offered to promote their event free of cost since &lsquo;they were generous&rsquo;.
In her statement, Nora Fatehi also alleged that Chandrashekhar wanted to finance her &lsquo;entire life, family, career&rsquo; in exchange for her &lsquo;to be his girlfriend&rsquo;.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar&rsquo;s lawyer Anant Malik has denied all allegations stating that his client was innocent.

Actor Nora Fatehi appeared before the Patiala House Court in New Delhi on Friday to record her statements on how she got close to conman Sukesh Chandrahekar, an accused in the Rs 200 crore fraud case.
Her advocate Vikram Singh Chauhan said that the actor gave the statement before a magistrate to assist the investigation. He said that his client's conduct has been compliant since she has utmost faith in judicial process as well as laws of India.
Chauhan further added, &lsquo;She has, time and again, proved, through her conduct that, in all bona fides, despite her contractual liabilities, she ensures, she assists the investigating agencies whenever the need arises.&rsquo;

Actor Jacqueline Fernandez has been in the headlines over a Rs 200 crore extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. As per a News18.com report, the actor&rsquo;s legal team will be reaching Delhi on November 10. Jacqueline will reportedly appear before the Patiala House Court as they will consider her bail plea which is pending in the case. The court will also consider the Enforcement Directorate&rsquo;s response to the matter.&nbsp; &nbsp; Jacqueline Fernandez appeared before the Patiala House Court on October 22 for the hearing of the bail plea and got interim relief in the case till November 10. The court had asked ED to file a reply to her bail application.&nbsp; &nbsp; In an interview with ETimes, Jacqueline&rsquo;s lawyer had responded to Chandrashekhar&rsquo;s letter that claimed the actor had zero involvement in the alleged scam. The lawyer mentioned that they will continue to fight for Jacqueline&rsquo;s dignity and reiterated that she was innocent.&nbsp; &nbsp; In his letter, Chandrashekar mentioned that he was in a relationship with Jacqueline and if he had given her and her family gifts, it wasn&rsquo;t their fault. Amid controversies, Tihar DG Sandeep Goel transferred by Delhi LG 

Chandrashekhar had written to Delhi Lt Governor V K Saxena alleging that AAP leader Satyendar Jain "extorted" Rs 10 crore from him in 2019 to ensure his safety in prison.

Director General (Prisons) Sandeep Goel has been transferred from the Tihar Jail here, days after jailed conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar alleged extortion of Rs 10 crore for protection in prison.
According to an official order issued on Friday, the 1989 batch AGMUT cadre officer has been transferred from Tihar Jail and asked to report to PHQ for further orders.
"Sanjay Beniwal, the 1989 batch IPS officer, is the new DG (Prisons)," it stated.
Chandrashekhar had written to Delhi Lt Governor V K Saxena alleging that AAP leader Satyendar Jain "extorted" Rs 10 crore from him in 2019 to ensure his safety in prison.
Chandrashekhar, who is lodged in Mandoli jail here in connection with a Rs 200 crore money laundering case, submitted the letter to the L-G on October 8 through his advocate Ashok K Singh, making the startling allegations against the AAP leader.
The letter said more than Rs 50 crore was given to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on a promise of giving Chandrashekhar an important post in the party in South Zone, and also help him in getting nominated to the Rajya Sabha.
Chandrashekhar also alleged that he was visited by Jain in Tihar jail, where he was lodged after his arrest in 2017 in the 'two leaf symbol corruption case'.
Jain, who held the portfolio of the jail ministry, asked him if he had disclosed anything to the probe agency related to his contribution to the AAP, he alleged.
Tihar Jail is run by the Department of Delhi Prisons under the Government of Delhi.
"Thereafter in 2019 again I was visited by Satyendar Jain and his secretary and his close friend Sushil in jail, asking me to pay Rs 2 crore every month to him as protection money to live safely in jail, and to get even basic facilities," he alleged.
"Jain asked me to pay Rs 1.50 crore to DG prison Sandeep Goel, who, he said, was a loyal associate of his. He forced me to pay and an amount of Rs 10 crore was extorted from me through constant pressure in a matter of two-three months,&rdquo; he alleged in the letter.
He also alleged that the amounts were collected in Kolkata through Jain's associates.
"Hence a total amount of Rs 10 crore was paid to Satyendar Jain, and Rs 12.50 crore to DG prison Sandeep Goel," Chandrashekhar alleged and added that he has already given this information to the Enforcement Directorate.

Actor Jacqueline Fernandez has been making headlines ever since she was named as an accused in the ₹200-crore money laundering case involving alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekar. In a recent interview, her lawyer Prashant Patil talked about Sukesh's letter which claimed that the actor had no involvement in the alleged scam.&nbsp;
Responding to the letter, Patil maintained Jacqueline was innocent and will continue to &lsquo;fight for her dignity. He also said that Sukesh's claims in the letter should be 'seriously investigated' in a fair manner.
'If it is written by Sukesh Chandrasekhar, then the allegations made by him need to be seriously investigated, independently and fairly by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The contents reveal that the investigation needs to take place on the facts revealed by him. His statement can be recorded under relevant provisions of the law and investigation can be carried out to find out the truth,' Prashant Patil told ETimes.
'The purpose of any investigation is to find out the truth. If certain facts are revealed by the accused, even that needs to be investigated by the agencies fairly. I repeat, that my client is innocent and she shall fight for her dignity by following the due process of law,' Prashant Patil added.

ED had also stated that Jacqueline appeared to be &lsquo;deep-pocketed&rsquo;, and could interfere with the ongoing investigation.&nbsp;
Sukesh's handwritten letter was released to the media through his lawyer. He defended Jacqueline and said it is unfortunate that she has been made an accused in the case. He said they were in a relationship and if he has given her gifts that what's her fault. He mentioned that the actor never asdked him for anything except love.&nbsp;

Actor Jacqueline Fernandez's bail plea was heard by a Delhi court on Saturday, and during the hearing ED informed the court that the actor tried to flee from the country to escape from the money laundering case that involves jailed conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. &nbsp;
 According to reports, additional sessions judge Shailender Malik said that the reply on Jacqueline's bail plea was already filed by the ED. However, her lawyers argued that she didn`t receive any document from the probing agency. The court then deferred the matter for November 10 and asked ED to provide chargesheet and other documents to all parties. &nbsp;&nbsp;
 ED also alleged that the actor tampered with evidence while the case was being investigated. They said she deleted data from her cell phone. ED also said that she wanted to leave India but couldn't as her name was on the look-out circular (LOC). &nbsp;
 'ED has opposed actor Jacqueline Fernandez's bail plea. The agency has said that Fernandez never cooperated with probe, only made disclosure when confronted with evidence. ED also says that she made an abortive bid to flee India but couldn't do it due to the issuance of LOC.
Further, the agency said that the actress did not cooperate with the investigators. Her behaviour was not good during the investigation. She can damage the evidence and witnesses. Whenever she was made to sit face-to-face with other accused in the case and presented with evidence, she confessed her crime,' India TV quoted the ED as saying. ED also said, `Jacqueline is no ordinary person but a Bollywood actress with huge financial resources and hence high stature and influence.` &nbsp;

For the unversed, Jacqueline was granted interim bail last month in the extortion case surrounding Sukesh. It was granted following the court's order for the Enforcement Directorate to file a reply to the actor's bail plea.
Speaking with ETimes, Prashant Patil, Jacqueline's lawyer, said that the matter is listed for final argument in the bail application. In August, a supplementary chargesheet was filed in the Rs 200 crore extortion case by the ED in which Jacqueline was named as an accused. She has also been summoned by the agency multiple times for the purpose of investigation in the matter.
On the work front, Jacqueline Fernandez's 'Ram Setu', co-starring Akshay Kumar will be released on October 25. The actor has recently commenced work on her next project 'Crakk' with Arjun Rampal and Vidyut Jammwal.

The police said ever since <a href="https://www.editorji.com/entertainment-news/bollywood/jacqueline-fernandez-called-in-for-questioning-once-again-by-delhi-police-in-200-crore-extortion-case-1663562385727">Sukesh Chandrashekhar</a> has been jailed, the prison had become a hub of illegal activities which he carried out with the help of jail officials.
The team of Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing took actresses Nikki Tamboli and Sofia Singh to the Tihar's central jail number one on Saturday to "recreate" their meetings with the 'conman' as part of the ongoing probe, a senior police officer said.
Chandrashekhar, who is currently in jail, is accused of cheating various people, including high-profile individuals such as former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Mohan Singh&rsquo;s wife Aditi Singh.
The EOW has so far questioned Bollywood actors -- <a href="https://www.editorji.com/entertainment-news/bollywood/jacqueline-fernandez-granted-interim-bail-in-200-crore-extortion-case-say-reports-1664173389166">Jacqueline Fernandez</a> and <a href="https://www.editorji.com/entertainment-news/bollywood/sukesh-chandrashekhar-fraud-case-nora-fatehi-says-i-m-a-victim-not-conspirator-more-details-here-1663303904270">Nora Fatehi</a> along with former TV anchor Pinky Irani and stylist Leepakshi Ellawadi, officials said.
During his stay in Tihar, many people including celebrities arrived in luxury cars and gained entry inside the jail by saying they were there to meet Chandrashekar, the officer said.
Tamboli has featured in a couple of reality shows while Singh has acted in Hindi and Telegu movies, officials said.
Videography of the entire recreation of the meeting was also done, police said.
"Many people visited Chandrashekhar inside the jail. However, we are only summoning those who are relevant to our investigation. Currently, Chandrashekar is jailed in Mandoli Prison," the official said.
Special Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ravindra Yadav said, "We are doing a thorough investigation in the case and that's why we have recreated the scene of meeting of the actresses with Chandrashekhar.

"That has given us a clear understanding of how this fraud was carried out. This will help us in prosecution." Investigation has also revealed that Chandrashekar had a proper office inside the prison with television, sofa, carpet and other amenities. It appeared like his office and not jail, another police officer said.
"Jail security was compromised. Luxury cars used to go inside the prison after visitors claimed they were going to meet Sukesh. Security checks were not done for those going to meet Chandrashekar. He had so much money that he was spending crores on jail officials. No one stopped him since he had bribed jail officials," he added.
Most of the time, Chandrashekhar introduced himself either as a business tycoon from the south, a movie producer or a television channel owner and lured actors by offering them roles in "his upcoming movies", the police said.
The investigation of the case is still underway and so far, no clean chit has been given to any of the actors involved in the case, they said.
"Investigation also suggest that Chandrashekhar had contacted other actors as well with the same modus operandi. The two actors were introduced to the alleged conman through Pinki Irani who has already been questioned by the EOW team," the officer said.
He added that these illegal activities of Chandrashekhar and his operations were carried out with the involvement of senior jails officials.
"We are investigating the role of each of these jail officials who were working for Chandraskehar. Under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, six Tihar jail officials have already been arrested. The role of other jail officials are under scrutiny," the officer said.

As per a PTI report, Ellawadi confirmed Jacqueline and Sukesh’s relationship and revealed that Sukesh contacted her in an attempt to understand her likes and dislikes of Jacqueline.  Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is currently jailed in Delhi, has over 10 criminal cases filed against him. Enforcement Directorate filed a charge sheet against the ‘Kick’ actor in connection with the case, claiming she knowingly benefited from the proceeds of his crime. “The lure of money ensured that the criminal history of the person she was engaging with did not matter,’ ED said in its charge sheet. It also mentioned that she ‘committed the offense of money laundering as defined under section 3 of PMLA for knowingly using and possessing the proceeds of crime.’ Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has also questioned Nora Fatehi in connection with the case, but she has not been named as an accused by ED. During the probe, Nora claimed she was unaware of Sukesh's criminal background and had no connection with the industry colleague and accused in the case.

Actor Jacqueline Fernandez has been summoned once again by the Delhi Police in the ₹200-crore extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. She will appear before the Economic Offenses Wing for questioning on Monday, according to news agency PTI.
Jacqueline had joined the probe on Wednesday and was quizzed for nearly eight hours. She was accompanied by Pinky Irani, who had introduced her to the conman and was allegedly paid in crores for the task.
A senior police officer said, ‘We need to scrutinise certain documents and also question her further in connection with the case’.
According to PTI, the probe revealed that Chandrashekhar offered a motorcycle to Fernandez's agent Prashant on his birthday but he declined to take it. 
‘Prashant said he had refused to take it but Chandrashekhar left the bike keys with him. The purpose was to get close to Jacqueline Fernandez. Still, as per his statement, he did not help Sukesh Chandrashekhar much. He said he never rode the bike. It remained parked and he asked Chandrashekhar to take it back. Actor Jacqueline Fernandez will reportedly appear before the Economic Offenses Wing for questioning on Monday. According to PTI, a senior police officer said they need to scrutinise certain documents and question her further in connection with the case.

Actor Jacqueline Fernandez has been summoned once again by the Delhi Police in the ₹200-crore extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. She will appear before the Economic Offenses Wing for questioning on Monday, according to news agency PTI.

She was accompanied by Pinky Irani, who had introduced her to the conman and was allegedly paid in crores for the task.
A senior police officer said, &lsquo;We need to scrutinise certain documents and also question her further in connection with the case&rsquo;.
According to PTI, the probe revealed that <a href="https://www.editorji.com/entertainment-news/bollywood/sukesh-chandrashekhar-fraud-case-nora-fatehi-says-i-m-a-victim-not-conspirator-more-details-here-1663303904270">Sukesh Chandrashekhar </a>offered a motorcycle to Fernandez's agent Prashant on his birthday but he declined to take it.&nbsp;
&lsquo;Prashant said he had refused to take it but Chandrashekhar left the bike keys with him. The purpose was to get close to Jacqueline Fernandez. Still, as per his statement, he did not help Sukesh Chandrashekhar much. He said he never rode the bike. It remained parked and he asked Chandrashekhar to take it back.
