Combs allegedly told the boy he could &lsquo;make him a star&rsquo; and asked how badly he wanted it.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff, responding as any ten-year-old might, said he would &lsquo;do anything.&rsquo; Shortly thereafter, another person present offered the boy a soda, which he drank.
Not long after consuming the drink, he began to feel &lsquo;a little funny,&rsquo; leading the plaintiff&rsquo;s attorney to claim that it may have been laced with drugs, including GHB and/or ecstasy.
Following this, Combs reportedly instructed the boy to move closer and then pushed him down, saying something to the effect of, &lsquo;you have to do some stuff you don&rsquo;t want to do sometimes.&rsquo;

When the consultant returned, she found the boy &lsquo;badly shaken&rsquo; and took him back to his parents, who observed that he appeared &lsquo;lethargic and was acting differently.&rsquo; Since the alleged assault, the boy reportedly experienced &lsquo;severe depression and anxiety,&rsquo; leaving him feeling hopeless and fatigued.
Meanwhile, representatives for Combs have issued a statement to Variety, categorically denying the allegations.
They claimed, &lsquo;The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is evident from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number.
As we&rsquo;ve stated before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, especially those that are obviously ridiculous or demonstrably false.

Currently, Combs is incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, following his arrest on September 16 by Homeland Security.

&lsquo;He is focused and very strong,&rsquo; a lawyer for Combs told PEOPLE. &lsquo;He is concentrating on his defense and preparing for his trial.&rsquo;
Sources had previously reported that Combs was placed on suicide watch as a precaution, noting he was in shock. His mental state was unclear at the time, and it was unknown how long he had been under observation.

50 Cent took to social media on September 25, revealing that Netflix will host his new project about Combs.
&lsquo;I&rsquo;ve been telling y&rsquo;all about all this weird s**t. I don&rsquo;t do NO Puffy parties,&rsquo; 50 Cent captioned the post. &lsquo;You didn&rsquo;t believe me, but I bet you believe me now!,&rsquo; he added.

She alleges they picked her up in an SUV and offered her a drink that was &lsquo;likely laced with a drug,&rsquo; according to a report by the Associated Press.
The lawsuit states that Graves lost consciousness and woke up bound in Combs&rsquo;s office and lounge. She alleges that the two men then raped her, physically assaulted her by slapping her and slamming her head against a pool table, all while ignoring her cries for help.
During a tearful press conference in Los Angeles with her attorney, Gloria Allred, Graves spoke about the emotional toll the incident has taken on her. &lsquo;It has been hard for me to trust others, to form healthy relationships, or even feel safe in my own skin,&rsquo; she said.

Graves&rsquo; lawsuit is filed under the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, which allows victims of sexual assault to sue within a two-year window, even for incidents that occurred long ago.
In her suit, Graves also claims to have recently learned from her former boyfriend that Combs had recorded the assault, shown it to others, and sold it as pornography.
Both Combs and Sherman allegedly contacted Graves multiple times after the assault, threatening her with repercussions if she ever spoke out. In a briefing, US prosecutor Damian Williams revealed that during raids on Combs&rsquo;s homes in Miami and Los Angeles six months ago, officials seized firearms, ammunition, and over 1,000 bottles of lubricant.
"This office is determined to investigate and prosecute anyone who engages in sex trafficking, no matter how powerful or wealthy or famous you may be. No one should doubt our commitment on that," he said.&nbsp;

Fox 11 footage showed Diddy's sons, Justin (30) and Christian (25), handcuffed by police, seated outside during the investigation. Staff members were grilled for hours, per reports.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims that she and a friend were raped by Combs, and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall in New York City after meeting them at an event. According to the lawsuit, first reported by Rolling Stone, Combs and Hall were &ldquo;very flirtatious and handsy&rdquo; with the women and offered them drinks throughout the night. They later went to Hall&rsquo;s apartment, where Jane Doe alleges that she was forced to have sex with Combs, and then with Hall, who barged into the room after Combs left.

The case was filed at Manhattan Supreme Court on November 23. The charges are filed by a woman who identifies as Joi Dickerson-Neal.

The lawsuit was filed just before the deadline set under the Adult Survivors Act (ASA) in New York expired. This rule permitted adult survivors of sexual assault to sue the culprits for a year regardless of when the crime occurred.
